TL;DR: The lower end of Metro Manila's international-school market is real but thinly documented. Two schools publish current figures and both are worth a look: Domuschola International School in Pasig, an IB World School, at ₱248,000 to ₱543,200 a year at the local rate for SY 2026-2027, and Everest Academy Manila in BGC, Cognia-accredited, at ₱384,000 to ₱616,000 basic tuition for AY 2026-2027 plus a ₱90,000 to ₱125,000 annual capital development fee. Lycée Français de Manille in Parañaque sits just above at ₱356,372 to ₱778,556 on the family rate. Most other candidate schools publish nothing, and this guide names them as unverified rather than repeating figures we could not source.
"Affordable" is relative here. A school at ₱400,000 a year is a fraction of what the flagship campuses charge and still far above almost every Philippine private school. What follows is what the schools themselves publish, plus a straight account of the trade.

Domuschola International School, Pasig
The strongest value proposition on published numbers. Domuschola is at 13 J. Cruz Street, Barangay Ugong, Pasig, and it is an authorised IB World School running the IB Primary Years Programme from Nursery to Grade 5, the Cambridge programme through Grades 6 to 10 including IGCSE, and the IB Diploma Programme in Grades 11 and 12.
Published fees for School Year 2026-2027, quarterly over four instalments, at the rate the school states applies to local students:

At roughly ₱62 to US$1 (August 2026, approximate), the IB Diploma years work out around US$8,760 a year. The same two years at International School Manila are US$19,660 plus ₱623,800, which is nearly three times as much once both currency components are counted.
What is not published: Domuschola's fees page states that a matriculation fee and a capital development fee apply to new students, and that transport, uniforms, learning support, school trips and examinations are extra, but it does not give those amounts. It also states the published rates are for local students, so foreign families should ask specifically what applies to them. Get both in writing before comparing.
Everest Academy Manila, BGC
A Catholic K-12 school at 3846 38th Drive North in Bonifacio Global City, part of the Regnum Christi network, describing itself as the first Catholic international school in the Philippines. Its own site names Cognia and RC Education as accreditors, and displays affiliations with DepEd, CEAP and the Japanese Council of International Schools.

Read the capital development fee carefully: it is annual, not one-time, so the working annual cost for a Grade 6 student is ₱692,000 (about US$11,200), and year one with matriculation is ₱747,000 (about US$12,000). That is roughly a third of ISM's Middle School figure at a school in the same district. Note that classes are co-ed but the school states classrooms are separated by gender from Grade 4, which is a fit question rather than a quality one.
Lycée Français de Manille, Parañaque
Worth including even though it is not the cheapest, because it is the most transparent schedule in the city and it is materially below the English-medium flagships. LFM is at 75 Swaziland Street, Better Living Subdivision, Parañaque, on the Eurocampus it shares with German European School Manila, and is accredited by the French Ministry of Education under RNE 22 00 001 F.

The Section Internationale, which adds an American strand, runs higher: ₱494,165 in upper élémentaire to ₱853,381 in Terminale.
Three things make this schedule unusually honest. Exam fees are inside the tuition at 3ème, 1ère and Terminale, which almost no other school does. Sibling discounts are published: 10 percent for families with three children, 20 percent for four or more, on tuition only and family rate only. And there is a separate, much higher corporate rate (₱439,878 to ₱968,926) for families whose fees an employer pays, which is exactly the split most schools keep quiet about.
One-time charges: a first registration fee of ₱90,000 for Maternelle or ₱120,000 for Élémentaire, Collège and Lycée on the family rate (₱150,000 corporate), and a refundable deposit of ₱60,000 per family, not per child. Bus and canteen are paid directly to third-party providers and are not in the schedule.
The obvious constraint: it is a French-curriculum school. The American International Section widens it, but this is not a general-purpose English-medium option.
Schools We Could Not Verify
This section exists because the honest answer is more useful than a padded list.
Reedley International School, Pasig. Reedley publishes its admissions testing fees and requirements but keeps its tuition catalog behind a download form, so there is no live fee schedule to quote here. Southville International School and Colleges, Las Piñas. Its site has a "Download Fees" page, but the page hosts a request form rather than a schedule. The school states it runs the IB Diploma Programme.
Global Leaders International School, BGC. A Cambridge school at the Treston Building, 32nd Street corner C5 Road. It has a fees page, but no figures rendered on it for us. Ask admissions.
Keys School Manila, Mandaluyong. Its own tuition page carries a range of ₱160,000 to ₱193,000 excluding fees, but labelled School Year 2017-2018. That is eight years stale and should not be used for planning.
Others with nothing published for 2026-2027 that families commonly ask about: CIE British School in Makati, Britesparks International School and Multiple Intelligence International School in Quezon City, Fountain International School in San Juan, Victory Christian International School in Pasig, Singapore School Manila and Aguinaldo International School. If a page quotes you a figure for any of these, ask where it came from.
What You Actually Trade
Being specific about this matters more than the price list.
Campus and facilities. Everest occupies four buildings in BGC. International School Manila occupies a purpose-built seven-hectare campus. That difference shows up in sports, performing arts space and specialist labs, not in the quality of a maths lesson.
Support programmes. The flagships price English as an Additional Language and learning support explicitly and expensively: ISM charges US$1,625 per semester for EAL in year one, and Nord Anglia Manila charges ₱118,051 to ₱209,868 a year. That is money, but it is also a signal that a structured programme exists with staff assigned to it. At smaller schools, ask who delivers support, how many hours, and what it costs. A cheap school that cannot support a child arriving with limited English is not cheap.
Transport. ISM publishes a five-zone bus network reaching Alabang and Ortigas. A small school may run two routes or none. If you are not living nearby, price a driver or a daily commute into the comparison.
External examinations. IB, IGCSE and A Level entry fees are set by the boards and billed at cost, so they are the same wherever you sit them. LFM is the exception noted above, folding French exam fees into tuition.
Cohort and continuity. Smaller schools have smaller year groups. That can mean genuine attention or it can mean a thin subject choice at senior level. Ask how many students sat the Diploma or IGCSEs last year and which subjects actually ran.
How to Shortlist Without Wasting Months
- Ask for the complete written schedule for the year you will enter, including one-time charges, and ask which rate applies to a foreign family.
- Verify accreditation on the accreditor's own directory, not on the school's marketing page. IB, Cognia, WASC and Cambridge all publish searchable lists.
