Due to miscommunication from their part, I haven't started my classes yet I'm already fully paid. They don't want to refund or assist me either, I asked to be included for a new schedule this August and I have tried contacting them via email. I tried joining one of the meetings ans the instructor didn't let me in via zoom. If no action, assistance or update is given, I will refund my payment or will consult a lawyer, DTI or Tesda about the situation. They have sent me different links and schedules all at once which lead to even more confusion.
