TopRank Review Academy Dasmariñas: Six Board Exams on Aguinaldo Highway

TL;DR: TopRank Review Academy's Cavite branch sits on the 3rd floor of the Inglenook Building on Aguinaldo Highway in Zone IV, Dasmariñas, and covers nursing, midwifery, pharmacy, medical technology, criminology and NCLEX-RN. It combines classroom lectures with TopRank's own SILID learning platform. TopRank's branch directory confirms the address, the two mobile numbers and the branch email. No tuition is published anywhere on the site, only a "discount of up to P5,000" on international programmes, which is a discount without a published base price. Get a written quote from the branch.

What makes this branch unusual for Cavite

Cavite has four review centres in our directory, and three of them are single- or dual-exam operations. TopRank Dasmariñas is the broad one.

TopRank Review Academy DasmariñasNLE, midwifery, pharmacy, medtech, criminology, NCLEX
CBRC DasmariñasLET, criminology

CEVAS DasmariñasCivil service, IELTS

If you are an allied health graduate in Cavite, TopRank is currently the only local option in our records that covers pharmacy, medical technology or midwifery. For nursing there is no other Cavite branch on file at all. That is the practical case for this branch: it is the one that saves a Cavite reviewee from commuting into Manila for an allied health programme.

The full list for the city is on the Dasmariñas review centres page.

The address, verified

TopRank's own branches directory lists the Cavite entry as "3F Inglenook Bldg., Aguinaldo Hi-way, Dasmariñas, Cavite" with numbers 09189382012 and 09310952102 and the email [email protected]. Every one of those matches the record we hold, which is a better verification result than most branches in this directory manage.

Aguinaldo Highway is the practical point. It is the artery through Dasmariñas, which means the branch is reachable by jeep and bus from Imus, Bacoor, General Trias and Silang without a private vehicle, and it is a manageable trip from the Cavite side of the Coastal Road. It also means highway traffic is part of your schedule, so ask what time evening sessions actually end.

Classroom plus SILID, not one or the other

TopRank's model at branch level is face-to-face lectures with access to SILID, its own learning management system at silid.co. Our record lists both online and face-to-face review for this branch.

That combination is worth understanding before you enrol, because it is different from a pure online programme and different from a pure classroom one:

  • The lectures are the spine. You attend, in the room, on the branch schedule.
  • SILID is the supplement. Materials, practice items and recorded content sit there for you to work through between sessions.
  • The failure mode is different. In a pure online programme, people stop logging in. Here, if you stop showing up you also stop being pulled back to the platform. The two reinforce each other, in both directions.

Ask the branch specifically what is on SILID for your programme. "Access to the platform" can mean a full recorded lecture series or it can mean a question bank. Those are very different products, and the answer should be in writing.

The programme list, national and local

TopRank's national programme list is longer than what runs in Dasmariñas. Nationally it covers nursing, midwifery, pharmacy, psychometrics, radiologic technology, veterinary medicine, dentistry, respiratory therapy, medical technology and criminology, plus NCLEX-RN, Prometric, DHA, HAAD, UK-CBT and English proficiency programmes for nurses working abroad.

Our record for the Cavite branch lists six of those: NLE, midwifery, pharmacy, medtech, criminology and NCLEX. Do not read the national list as a branch menu. Whether a specific programme opens in Dasmariñas in a given cycle depends on enrolment, and a branch that lists six exams may only be running two at any moment.

The question to ask is not "do you offer pharmacy review" but "is there a pharmacy batch confirmed for this cycle, and what is the start date". Those get different answers.

For the nursing track specifically, our NLE guide covers the exam structure, and the Philippines-to-NCLEX route covers what the international pathway actually requires beyond the review itself.

What the network buys you if your life moves

TopRank's own branches page lists three NCR branches, 18 across Luzon, seven in the Visayas, seven in Mindanao, and international locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Jakarta, Bandung, Java and Canada.

For most reviewees a branch count is marketing noise. For nursing and allied health graduates it is occasionally the deciding factor, because this cohort moves: a hospital contract comes through in Cebu, a family situation pulls you back to Iloilo, a deployment plan brings forward the move to the Gulf. If that happens six weeks into a review batch at a single-location centre, your money is stranded.

Ask the branch directly what a transfer actually involves: whether your enrolment moves with you, whether there is a transfer fee, and whether the receiving branch has to have a batch running at the same stage. "We have branches everywhere" and "you can transfer mid-batch without paying twice" are different promises, and only the second one is worth anything. Get the answer in writing.

Fees: no published rate

TopRank publishes no tuition. We checked the homepage and the branches directory, and neither carries a rate card, a package price or a programme price list. The enrolment route the site gives is a form at toprankacademy.org/tra.enroll.

The one figure on the site is a promotional line offering "a discount of up to P5,000" on international programmes. That is a discount, not a price. Without a published base rate there is nothing to subtract it from, and "up to" means it is a ceiling rather than a standing offer. Treat it as a reason to ask what the base rate is, not as pricing information.

So: phone 0918 938 2012 or 0931 095 2102, or email [email protected], and ask for the total in writing. Ask what it includes, whether SILID access is bundled or extra, whether final coaching is separate, and whether the quoted rate expires. Our review centre cost guide explains why the market spread is so wide and what actually drives it.

Reading TopRank's claims

TopRank states it is ISO 9001:2015 certified for its quality management system by Accurate Global Inc. That means its documented processes were audited against a standard. It does not mean a government body has vetted its teaching, and it has nothing to do with pass rates. No Philippine agency accredits review centres on exam performance.

Its marketing cites Top 1 placers in nursing, radiologic technology and dentistry across several sittings, and more recent nursing, respiratory therapy and dentistry topnotchers. Those are chain-wide, self-reported and undated in places, and none of them belong to the Dasmariñas branch. PRC publishes passers by name, not by review centre, so nobody can audit these. Our piece on the national review centre brands covers how the big chains market themselves and what is actually comparable between them.

Independently visible for this branch: nothing. Our record carries no Google rating and no reviews for the Cavite location. That is a gap, not a verdict, but it does mean you have no local signal to weigh against the chain's marketing. Ask the branch to put you in touch with reviewees from its last batch, and treat a flat refusal as information in itself.

Who this branch suits

It suits a Cavite-based allied health graduate who wants a chain programme without the Manila commute, especially for pharmacy, medtech or midwifery where there is no local alternative on file. It also suits a nurse planning to work abroad who wants the local board review and the NCLEX pathway from the same provider.

It suits you less if you want LET or civil service review, which this branch does not cover; if you want a criminology specialist rather than a chain running criminology alongside nine other programmes; or if you need a centre with visible local reviews before committing, since there are none for this branch yet.

To see how the national NLE field compares before you decide, our best NLE review centres roundup covers the chains, and choosing a review centre covers the questions that separate them in practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is TopRank Review Academy's Dasmariñas branch?

On the 3rd floor of the Inglenook Building along Aguinaldo Highway, Zone IV, Dasmariñas, Cavite. TopRank's own branch directory lists the same address, with 0918 938 2012 and 0931 095 2102 as the contact numbers and [email protected] as the branch email.

Which exams does the Dasmariñas branch cover?

Our record lists nursing (NLE), midwifery, pharmacy, medical technology, criminology and NCLEX-RN. TopRank nationally also runs psychometrics, radiologic technology, veterinary medicine, dentistry and respiratory therapy, plus Prometric, DHA, HAAD and UK-CBT for nurses going abroad.

What is SILID?

SILID is TopRank's own learning management system, reached through silid.co. Enrolled reviewees get access to it alongside the classroom sessions, so the branch programme is effectively classroom lectures with an online component rather than one or the other.

How much does TopRank review cost?

TopRank does not publish tuition rates. Its homepage advertises a discount of up to P5,000 on international programmes, but a discount is not a price, and no base rate is published to apply it to. Fees are set at branch level, so contact the Cavite branch directly for a written quote.

Is TopRank accredited?

TopRank states it is ISO 9001:2015 certified for its quality management system, certified by Accurate Global Inc. That is a process certification, not a government accreditation of review centres, and it says nothing about pass rates. No Philippine agency accredits review centres for exam performance.

Can I take NCLEX review in Cavite?

NCLEX-RN is listed among the exam types for this branch. TopRank runs international nursing pathways nationally, including NCLEX-RN, Prometric, DHA, HAAD and UK-CBT. Confirm with the branch whether the NCLEX track runs locally or is delivered from another branch or online.

How big is the TopRank network?

TopRank's own branches page lists three NCR branches, 18 in Luzon, seven in the Visayas and seven in Mindanao, plus international locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Jakarta, Bandung, Java and Canada.

Are TopRank's topnotcher claims verified?

No. TopRank's materials cite Top 1 placers in nursing, radiologic technology and dentistry across several sittings. These are chain-wide and self-reported. PRC does not publish results by review centre, so no review centre in the country has an independently audited figure, and none of these numbers are specific to the Dasmariñas branch.
