TL;DR: South Metro Manila is where the Philippines' most transparent international school pricing lives. German European School Manila publishes a complete SY 2026-2027 table in euros plus pesos, running from EUR 2,710 plus PHP 245,000 for Kindergarten to EUR 7,520 plus PHP 683,000 for Grades 11-12, with a PHP 40,000 annual capital development fee, a PHP 150,000 entrance fee and a PHP 130,000 refundable deposit. Brent International School Manila publishes a full USD-plus-peso schedule topping out at USD 9,680 plus PHP 444,496 for Grades 9-12. Almost everyone else in the corridor, including Southville, MIT International School, De La Salle Santiago Zobel, both PAREF schools and Elizabeth Seton, publishes no tuition figure at all. Three south-corridor schools appear in the live ACS WASC directory: MIT International School, Southville and Brent.
What the south corridor actually is
"Alabang" is shorthand for a band of neighbourhoods that runs from Parañaque through Muntinlupa and Las Piñas and spills over the border into Biñan, Laguna. It matters as a school market for three reasons.
First, Filinvest City and the Northgate Cyberzone in Alabang carry a large outsourcing and shared-services workforce, including foreign managers on multi-year contracts. MIT International School lists a second address in the iHub 2 building inside Northgate Cyberzone, which tells you where its families work.
Second, the Laguna industrial belt starts a few minutes further south. Japanese, Korean and European manufacturing staff posted to Laguna estates live in Alabang or Santa Rosa and drive against the traffic.
Third, Ayala Alabang is one of the few Metro Manila neighbourhoods where a senior corporate family will look for a house with a garden, which supports a set of established Catholic and single-sex schools that end up on the same shortlists as the international ones.
The result is a corridor with genuine choice, wildly uneven pricing transparency, and one recurring trap: several of the best-known schools are not in Metro Manila at all.

German European School Manila: the most complete fee schedule in the country
GESM sits on the Eurocampus at 75 Swaziland Street, Better Living Subdivision, Parañaque, on a site it shares with the French school. Its published School Fees and Fee Policy document, last updated 23 June 2026, is the single most useful pricing document any Philippine international school puts online.
Annual tuition, with the capital development fee shown as its own line. The fee policy states it applies to every enrollee and is charged together with tuition, either PHP 40,000 annually or PHP 10,000 quarterly:
| Level | Tuition | Capital development fee |
|---|---|---|
| Kindergarten | EUR 2,710 + PHP 245,000 | PHP 40,000 |
| Vorschule / Pre-Primary | EUR 3,800 + PHP 348,000 | PHP 40,000 |
| Grades 1 to 4 | EUR 5,310 + PHP 482,000 | PHP 40,000 |
| Grades 5 to 8 | EUR 5,900 + PHP 539,000 | PHP 40,000 |
| Grades 9 to 10 | EUR 6,220 + PHP 567,000 | PHP 40,000 |
| Grades 11 to 12 | EUR 7,520 + PHP 683,000 | PHP 40,000 |
On top of that, one-time charges for a new enrollee: application fee PHP 10,000, entrance fee PHP 150,000 (non-refundable, first year only), and a refundable no-interest deposit of PHP 130,000. Membership of the German School Association is EUR 150 a year and optional. Families may instead decline the deposit and accept a 10 per cent increase on tuition, which is an unusual option and worth modelling if you expect a short posting.
Two things families miss. The peso half of the bill is roughly US$7,800 for Grades 1 to 4 at August 2026 rates of about PHP 62 to the dollar, and that is before the euro half, which moves with the exchange rate independently of anything the school does. And the school states that IGCSE examination fees in the English Section, basic IB fees in Grades 11 and 12, transport, canteen, uniforms, most field trips and the Additional Needs Programme and English as an Additional Language support are all charged separately.
Brent International School Manila
Brent is in Brentville Subdivision, Barangay Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna, and appears in the live ACS WASC directory as an accredited school, categorised as a religious comprehensive school. It runs an American programme with the IB Diploma in the final two years. Its fee sheet is dated 4 March 2026 and covers SY 2026-2027:
| Level | Annual tuition |
|---|---|
| Nursery | USD 3,584 + PHP 164,120 |
| Pre-Kindergarten | USD 4,600 + PHP 211,056 |
| Lower School, Kindergarten to Grade 5 | USD 8,704 + PHP 399,840 |
| Middle School, Grades 6 to 8 | USD 9,320 + PHP 428,168 |
| Upper School, Grades 9 to 12 | USD 9,680 + PHP 444,496 |
Additional charges, all in US dollars: a yearly capital development fee of USD 1,575 for every student, a one-time matriculation fee of USD 3,000 for new students from Pre-Kindergarten upward, an English as a Second Language fee of USD 1,210 for Grades 1 to 8 where support is needed, a USD 300 application fee per applicant, and a USD 600 non-refundable seat reservation. IB Diploma examination entries in Grade 12 are billed at cost.
A new Grade 6 student in year one therefore pays USD 9,320 plus PHP 428,168 in tuition, plus USD 1,575, USD 3,000, USD 300 and USD 600 in fees: roughly US$14,800 in dollar charges and about US$6,900 in peso charges, near US$21,700. Brent states its board rarely grants discounts and never for new students.
The Beacon Academy
Beacon runs IB Middle Years and Diploma Programmes for Grades 7 to 12 on a campus at Cecilia Araneta Parkway, Biñan, Laguna. Its own about page names DepEd accreditation for junior and senior high, IB authorization for MYP and DP, and its IB school code 006591.
Beacon does not publish tuition on its site. The figures that circulate come from the PhilSTAR Life annual survey of international school fees published on 25 May 2026, which gives AY 2026-2027 tuition of PHP 735,600 for Grades 7 to 8, PHP 771,200 for Grades 9 to 10 and PHP 806,800 for Grades 11 to 12. That is a reputable survey, dated, and attributed to the school, but it is not a school-published schedule and it does not cover the capital development and matriculation fees Beacon's own financial-aid page confirms exist.
Southville International School and Colleges
Southville is at 1281 Tropical Avenue corner Luxembourg Street, BF International, BF Homes, Las Piñas. It appears in the live ACS WASC directory as an accredited school with two additional campuses. Its own accreditations page states it has been an IB World School since August 2005, is ISO 9001-2015 certified, and that its college division holds CHED autonomous status and PACUCOA accreditation.
It publishes no fees. The admissions section has a payment details link but no schedule.
MIT International School
MIT International School is at Alabang-Zapote Road corner Don Manolo Boulevard, Muntinlupa 1771, and appears in the ACS WASC directory for Grades 1 to 12. It runs an American K-12 programme with Advanced Placement courses and English as a Second Language support.
Its school fees page is a useful example of a school that publishes the rules but not the numbers. From that page: payments accepted in US dollars or pesos, a late payment penalty of 2 per cent per month cumulative, a 5 per cent sibling discount from the second child onward, and a 75 per cent refund if you withdraw within seven days of the start of classes. The page states that tuition fees and other charges are published in the bulletin of information, which is not on the website.
Lycée Français de Manille, and a domain warning
LFM shares the Eurocampus with GESM at 75 Swaziland Street, Parañaque. It is conventionné with the AEFE, the French state agency for French education abroad, and offers the French curriculum alongside a Section Internationale Américaine. It publishes no fee schedule.
Two related corrections worth carrying with you. First, the domain lfm.ph is not the school's site. It serves a holding page rather than school content, and the school's actual domain is lfmanille.ph. Check the address bar before you send anything. Second, "European International School Manila" appears on international school listicles as if it were a separate school in Parañaque. Per the Philippine Council for NGO Certification's own record, European International School, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit entity registered with the SEC on 31 July 2003 to provide shared educational services for the German and French schools at that same Swaziland Street address. Its old domain, eis-manila.org, now permanently redirects to an unrelated Japanese commercial page. Do not send documents there.
The Catholic and single-sex cluster
These are Philippine schools with strong reputations, not international schools, and none publishes tuition.
De La Salle Santiago Zobel, Ayala Alabang, is Lasallian. Its January 2026 enrolment memo for AY 2026-2027 is public and it is genuinely informative even though it carries no tuition figure. It confirms the school applied to DepEd for a Tuition and Other School Fee Increase, that assessments in the meantime run on AY 2025-2026 fees with a special assessment to follow once approved, a reservation fee of PHP 10,000 per child deductible from tuition, a late enrolment fee of PHP 5,000, a 3 per cent sibling discount, a 2 per cent discount for annual payment, and a PHP 15,000 processing fee on enrolment for international students who need a Special Study Permit.
PAREF Woodrose (girls, Acacia Avenue, Ayala Alabang) and PAREF Southridge (boys, Hillsborough Alabang, West Service Road, Cupang) are single-sex Catholic schools running DepEd K-12. Neither publishes fees.
Elizabeth Seton School has Las Piñas and Cavite campuses. Its FAQ page is unusually direct about why there is no number: it considers fee information private, and says publishing it makes it available for public scrutiny. The only figure it gives is an average annual fee of PHP 90,000 for SY 2019-2020, which is now six years stale.
What the fee tables miss
- One-time entry charges. GESM's PHP 150,000 entrance fee and Brent's USD 3,000 matriculation fee are the published examples. Most unpublished schools have an equivalent.
- Refundable deposits. GESM holds PHP 130,000 per child, returned on clearance. That is real cash flow, not a cost, but it has to come from somewhere in year one.
- Currency risk. Both of the transparent schools split the bill between a foreign currency and pesos. A single peso number for either is arithmetically incomplete.
- Examination entries. IGCSE, AS and A Level, and IB Diploma sittings are billed separately.
- Language and learning support. Brent's USD 1,210 ESL fee and GESM's Additional Needs Programme charges are both extra, and both are assessed after admission testing, not before.
- Immigration paperwork. Whether your child needs a Special Study Permit or derives status from your visa changes both the process and the school's charge for handling it. Start with the Special Study Permit guide and, if you hold a work visa, what 9G dependents can enrol in.
- Transport and canteen. Neither is included anywhere in this corridor.
Choosing in the south corridor
Sort by exit credential first: IB Diploma points to Beacon, Brent, Southville or GESM; a US transcript points to Brent or MIT; the French baccalaureate points to LFM; the German Abitur pathway points to GESM; a DepEd Senior High strand points to DLSZ, PAREF or Seton. Then sort by commute, because Biñan and Las Piñas are opposite ends of a bad traffic day. Only then ask about money, and ask in writing.
