While the school has dedicated teachers and good programs, the student ranking system doesn’t seem very helpful. It puts a lot of pressure on kids and encourages comparison rather than personal growth. Not every child learns the same way or at the same pace, and ranking can sometimes hurt confidence instead of motivating students. It would be great to see more focus on individual progress, effort, and improvement rather than rankings. A more encouraging approach could help students feel supported and enjoy learning more.
