MMSU College of Teacher Education in Laoag City is one of the oldest university in the Philippines. The college celebrated its 105th anniversary this year. This campus is considered as a normal school in the Philippines. The place is quite big and surrounded by lots of beautiful and tall trees. The place is considered heritage because of its old and preserved structures.
