TL;DR — TopRank Lucena is the nursing board review option in Quezon province, at Albrecht Building in Barangay Ibabang Dupay. TopRank publishes an unusually clear picture of how enrolment and class logistics work, and no prices whatsoever. Budget on a phone call, and set up four apps before day one.
TopRank Review Academy Lucena sits in a small field. Our Lucena listing has three entries: this one for nursing, a CBRC branch for teaching and criminology, and an IELTS centre. If you are a BSN graduate in Quezon, this is the local option, and the alternative is Manila or online.
That makes the useful question narrow. Not "is TopRank good", but "what does enrolling here actually involve, and what will it cost me". TopRank answers the first question in real detail and the second not at all.
The branch, verified
TopRank's own national branch directory lists Lucena at Albrecht Building, San Lorenzo, Barangay Ibabang Dupay, Lucena City, with the phone number 09189236584 and the email [email protected]. That matches our record exactly, which is not something we can say about every branch we check.
One oddity worth mentioning. TopRank's FAQ page carries a second, older branch list that does not include Lucena at all, while the dedicated Branches page does. The Branches page is the current one. If you search TopRank's site and land on the FAQ list first, do not conclude the branch has closed.
What TopRank runs, nationally and locally
TopRank Review Academy Inc. is a nursing-led chain with a wide catalogue. Its programme menu lists:
- Local board exams: Nursing, Midwifery, Pharmacy, Psychometrician, Radiologic Technology, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Respiratory Therapy, Medical Technology, Criminology
- International: NCLEX-RN, Prometric, DHA, HAAD, UK-CBT, plus an English Enhancement Proficiency programme
Our record lists the Lucena branch for NLE only. That is the normal pattern for a provincial branch: the flagship programme runs, the specialised ones do not, because a dentistry cohort in Lucena is not a viable class.
TopRank's own description of its nursing programme is plain about what it is: classroom instruction covering the theories, concepts, principles, and processes basic to nursing practice, aimed at preparing candidates for the NLE. No duration, no session count, no schedule is published.
If you want a specialised programme, TopRank's nearest larger branches are Batangas City, Calamba, Dasmariñas, and Manila. The Manila branch is at Don Lorenzo Building on P. Paredes Street in Morayta, directly in front of PRC, which is a genuine convenience on exam-related errands.
The enrolment process, which TopRank does document
This is the part TopRank publishes properly, and it is more concrete than most review centres manage. Reading it as a sequence:
- Fill out the online enrolment system. All required fields. TopRank's guidance if registration fails is to contact the branch through its Facebook page.
- Upload a photo. A graduation picture is expected, but TopRank says a formal photo is acceptable and will be used on your ID card for the hybrid or face-to-face review. Keep the file small; TopRank warns the attachment field may reject larger files.
- Wait for a payment link by SMS. This arrives after registration. If it does not, the branch's Facebook page is again the escalation route.
- Pay, then receive your WELA account. WELA is the student records system. TopRank does not say how long this takes.
- Watch your personal email for a Google Classroom invitation, which TopRank says is sent at least a week before the review starts.
- Get your weekly schedule at orientation. TopRank says the schedule is posted on Google Classroom on the first day.
Two things stand out. The first is that Facebook Messenger is the branch's real support channel, named repeatedly in TopRank's own FAQ as the fix for a failed registration, a missing payment link, a missing WELA account, and corrections to your personal details. If you dislike doing business over Messenger, know that going in.
The second is that you do not get your schedule until orientation. If you are arranging leave from work or a duty roster around the review, that is a planning problem. Ask the branch for an indicative weekly pattern before you enrol rather than after.
The tools you will actually need
TopRank names four, plus WELA:

Alongside these, TopRank markets its own SILID LMS platform. Set the accounts up before your start date. Losing the first week to a Google Classroom invitation that went to a mistyped email is a common and avoidable waste.
The fee, and how to ask about it
TopRank publishes no prices. Not on the programme pages, not on the branch pages, not in the FAQ. What the site does carry is promotional material referring to discounts of up to PHP 5,000 on international programmes such as NCLEX, UK-CBT, HAAD, DHA, and Prometric, tied to a past International Women's Month campaign. That is a discount from an unpublished base price, which tells you nothing useful about what NLE review costs in Lucena.

- The fee for NLE review at Lucena, and whether face-to-face and online are priced differently.
- What it includes: materials, mock exams, SILID LMS access, ID.
- The payment schedule. The TRA app exists to track a balance, which implies instalments are normal.
- The programme length and start date, since neither is published.
- How many sessions are in the Lucena classroom versus streamed. This is the whole reason to pick a local branch.
- The scholarship criteria. TopRank's FAQ discusses Latin honours proof, so an academic scholarship exists, but the threshold and the value are not published.
- The refund policy if a class does not reach minimum enrolment.

Reading TopRank's claims
TopRank markets heavily on topnotchers: two Top 1 placers in the November 2023 NLE, back-to-back dentistry results in 2023, a respiratory therapy topnotcher. Those may all be true. None of them are Lucena results, and none of them are passing rates.
A topnotcher is one student. A passing rate is the whole cohort. A chain with branches from Laoag to Zamboanga will produce topnotchers somewhere most cycles, and that is not evidence about the branch you would attend. If the Lucena branch will give you its own recent NLE numbers, that is worth far more than any national banner. If it will not, note that and weigh it accordingly. The ISO 9001:2015 certification TopRank cites, awarded by Accurate Global Inc., is a quality-management-system certification for the company. It says something about documented processes. It says nothing about pass rates, and it is not a government accreditation of the Lucena branch.
Who this branch suits
A Quezon-based nursing graduate who wants classroom structure without relocating to Manila, and who is comfortable running their review through Messenger, Google Classroom, and Viber. The branch is reachable, the contact details check out, and the national platform is real.
It suits you less if you need firm scheduling commitments before you pay, or if you want a programme other than NLE in person. And if you are considering a specialised or international programme, ask which branch it actually runs at before you enrol at Lucena.
