TL;DR: SLRC Kidapawan runs from Room 5 on the 3rd floor of the Central Marketing Building on Quezon Boulevard, on (064) 288 5990, and is the only review centre in our Kidapawan records. It covers LET and NLE with face-to-face, live online and hybrid delivery on file. SLRC's national site lists the branch and links its Facebook page, which is solid verification. Classroom tuition is not published, but SLRC does publish one price: its NLE self-review package at 990 pesos one-time, covering 2,500 board-style questions across NP1 to NP5 with rationales and access through February 2027. It also publishes a genuinely free online reviewer.
The only centre in Kidapawan on file
SLRC Kidapawan is the only review centre in our Kidapawan records. TopRank's own branches page also lists a Kidapawan location, which we have not yet added, so the city likely has at least one more.
For a North Cotabato graduate that means the realistic choice is this branch, a trip to Davao City or General Santos, or an online programme. Davao is roughly three hours by road; General Santos is comparable. Neither is a daily commute, so the honest framing is: review locally, relocate for the batch, or review online.
That framing is why the format list on this branch matters more than it would in Manila.
Verified, which is not a given
Our record for this branch lists a Facebook page, slrckidapawan.kidapawan. SLRC's national website links that exact page from its own branch directory.
That sounds mundane. It is not. A large share of provincial review centre listings anywhere in the country cannot be traced back to the chain's own materials, and several branches in our directory carry a brand name that the brand's live website does not confirm. Here the chain names the branch, links its page, and the contact details line up. If you are worried about paying a centre that is not what it claims to be, this is the check that settles it.
The rest of the record: Room 5, 3rd Floor, Central Marketing Building, Quezon Boulevard, Kidapawan City, Cotabato; phone (064) 288 5990; Google rating 3.6 from five reviews. Five reviews is a small sample, and you should read them rather than average them.
Two exams locally, four nationally
Our record lists LET and NLE for the Kidapawan branch. SLRC nationally runs four programmes:
| Programme | What SLRC lists for it |
|---|---|
| LET | General and professional education, major subjects, mock exams and drills, intensive final coaching, online resources |
| NLE | Comprehensive nursing lectures, skills enhancement, board exam simulation, clinical case discussions, daily quizzes |
| CLE (criminology) | Core criminology subjects, case studies, practice tests, crime scene investigation drills, special lectures |
| CSE (civil service) | Verbal and numerical skills, time management, practice tests, logical reasoning, current affairs |
Do not read the national list as the Kidapawan menu. Whether criminology or civil service opens in North Cotabato depends on enrolment. Ask which batches are confirmed for the coming cycle, not which programmes exist.
The one item on that list worth asking about specifically is "intensive final coaching". Final coaching is the compressed run-up to the exam date, and whether it is bundled into your tuition or sold separately is one of the biggest hidden variables in Philippine review pricing.
Three formats, and all three matter here
SLRC publishes three delivery modes: face-to-face classroom, live online with real-time instructors, and self-paced video lectures with practice questions and rationales. Our record shows the Kidapawan branch with face-to-face, online and hybrid all available.
For a Kidapawan reviewee that is the single most useful thing about this branch:
- Face-to-face if you live in the city or along the Davao-Cotabato road and can attend a fixed schedule.
- Live online if you are in Makilala, Magpet or further out and the daily trip is not realistic. You still get instructor contact and a schedule that forces pacing.
- Self-paced if you are teaching or working shifts and need the material to bend around your hours. This is the format that most often gets abandoned, so be honest about your discipline before choosing it.
Our comparison of online and classroom review covers which situations each actually suits, and self-review versus a review centre covers whether you need one at all.
The one price SLRC publishes
Most Philippine review centres publish nothing. SLRC publishes one thing, and it is worth knowing about.
Its national site sells an NLE self-review package at 990 pesos, a one-time payment with no monthly fee. What the page states it includes:
- Five complete self-review packs
- 2,500 board-style questions covering NP1 through NP5
- Detailed rationales for each item
- Access through February 2027
That is a self-study question bank, not a review programme. It does not include lectures, it does not include an instructor, and it is not a substitute for the classroom or live online batch. But at that price it is a reasonable way to test whether SLRC's item style and rationales suit you before you commit to a full programme, and it is a real published figure rather than a marketing range.
What is not published is the thing you probably want: the tuition for the classroom LET or NLE batch in Kidapawan. That is set at branch level, and no rate appears on SLRC's site or on our record. Call (064) 288 5990 and ask for it in writing, along with what final coaching costs and whether materials are included. Our review centre cost guide explains why so few centres publish this.
SLRC also runs a free online reviewer on its national site covering criminology, nursing, teaching and civil service, plus regular practice-question posts with rationales. It costs nothing and requires no enrolment. Use it before you pay anyone.
If you do decide to travel
Suppose the programme you need does not open in Kidapawan. The realistic destinations are Davao City and General Santos, both roughly three hours out, and both have SLRC branches so you would not be starting with an unfamiliar chain:
| Branch | Address | Exams |
|---|---|---|
| SLRC Davao City | 17-A General Luna St., Poblacion District | LET, NLE |
| SLRC General Santos | General Santos City | LET |
Davao is the bigger market, with CBRC and Merge also running LET programmes downtown, so it gives you an actual choice rather than a single option. We compare the three in the Davao LET roundup, and the wider Davao field across all exams is on the Davao City review centres page.
Before you commit to that, price it honestly. Three months of boarding, food and transport in Davao will usually exceed the tuition difference several times over. Travel because the programme is not available locally, not because a bigger city sounds like a better review.
Reading SLRC's claims
SLRC describes itself as the best and most trusted review centre in the Philippines and refers to producing hundreds of thousands of passers and hundreds of topnotchers across the LET, NLE, CLE and CSE.
Those are marketing statements with no dates, no methodology and no branch attribution. They are also unverifiable in principle, not just in practice: PRC publishes passers by name, not by review centre, so no Philippine review centre has an auditable pass rate. That is a fact about the industry rather than a criticism of this chain, and we set out what the official data does support in board exam passing rates by course.
What is checkable is scale. SLRC's own homepage directory lists 30 branches by name, including seven in Mindanao. That is a real network, and it is the reason a branch exists in Kidapawan at all. Our SLRC network guide covers the chain in full.
Who this branch suits
It suits an education or nursing graduate in North Cotabato who wants a national-chain programme without moving to Davao, and who wants the option to switch between classroom and online delivery if work or family circumstances change mid-batch.
It suits you less if you need criminology or civil service review and no local batch opens, or if you want to compare several local providers before deciding, which Kidapawan does not currently allow.
For the exams themselves, our LET guide and NLE guide cover coverage and passing requirements, and best NLE review centres covers how the national chains compare if you are considering relocating for review.
