★★★★★(5 reviews)I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent situation that has occurred with my sister a student at your institution, and the lack of communication, assistance, and professionalism displayed by your staff in handling her academic needs. For the past several weeks, my mother and sister have been tirelessly working to process this cross-enrollment. However, their efforts have been met with nothing but frustration due to the inefficiency and unprofessionalism of your staff. Despite their persistence, they have encountered continuous delays, with regular staff seemingly making excuses to avoid doing their job, leaving working students to handle matters. My mother and sister have had to make multiple trips back and forth to complete the necessary documentation, only to be met with slow responses and unhelpful attitudes. It is also deeply troubling to hear that certain alumni are being prioritized over current students in need. This practice is unfair and unacceptable. Every student deserves equal treatment and support, especially when their academic progress is at stake. I urge you to take immediate action to address this situation. My sister's academic future is being unnecessarily jeopardized due to the school's lack of communication and inefficiency. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue, including the expedited completion of her cross-enrollment process and a formal apology for the inconvenience and stress caused.
I am writing to express my deep concern about the ongoing issues with the payment processing system used for tuition fees. The problems with this system have caused significant inconvenience and wasted valuable time for both students and parents who are trying to pay their tuition fees. Today, August 29, I've waited for almost 7 hours before your staff attended to process the payments. I supposed to have doctors appointment and I was not able to visit my doctor As a result, we have experienced delays and frustration, and creating additional stress and uncertainty. These complications have not only disrupted our financial planning but also detracted from our ability to focus on our academic responsibilities. Timely payment of tuition fees is crucial, and the current situation is causing unnecessary challenges for those of us who are simply trying to fulfill our obligations. I respectfully request that immediate action be taken to resolve these issues and ensure that the payment processing system functions smoothly moving forward. Clear communication regarding the resolution of these problems would also be greatly appreciated. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to these issues.
I am very disappointed with this school. ACT was my dream school back when I was in junior high. I even said that I would do my best to be able to study there. But, I regret it now that I am here. The registrar is mean and provides very bad service for students and alumni. The teachers are nice, actually, but not all of them. Some don't even know how to teach and don't teach at all! I have this teacher who told me, "ayaw hugaw hugawi ako pangalan" . Your name was already dirty before we met. There are lots of rumors about you having a bad attitude and body-shaming students, and you call it a joke! This is the worst school I have enrolled in, and I am very disappointed. At first, the principal promised that we wouldn't regret anything and that this school would provide a better future, but that's not the case. They made us pay for a t-shirt we didn't even ask for, and we were only allowed to wear it for one event, not on other days when our uniform was not available. This doesn't feel like a school! It feels more like a business, comparable to Frontrow. At first, everyone was so nice, but then they changed.
The teachers in this institution are very uncompassionate. My brother was marked as failed even though he had already submitted medical reports that were verified by a cardiologist, and the department head did not do anything about it.
