TL;DR — REO Pampanga is a CPALE-only branch in San Fernando City, running REO's Triple Review Program in a 189-seat classroom with a dedicated study hub. REO publishes an unusual amount of detail about programme structure and network-wide CPALE results, and no fee at all. Its own pricing row says "Contact us for pricing".
REO Pampanga is the odd one out in our Pampanga review-centre listing. Everything else nearby covers teaching, criminology, or nursing. This is the only branch in the area built around one exam: the CPA Licensure Examination.
That focus is the point of the post. If you are a BSA graduate in Central Luzon, the real question is not whether REO is a serious operation. It plainly is. The question is what you are buying, what the branch adds over enrolling online, and what you still need to ask.
First, the address confusion
Our directory files this branch under Angeles City. The building is in San Fernando. Both are in Pampanga, roughly 15 kilometres apart, and the area page grouping is ours rather than REO's.
REO's own branch page gives the address as 3rd Floor, ATL Ventures Building, Jose Abad Santos Avenue, Dolores, San Fernando City. It is beside the Victory Liner and Genesis bus terminals, with a 7-Eleven on the ground floor and jeepney and tricycle routes running past the door.
That location is a deliberate choice. REO says the branch draws reviewees from Pampanga, Tarlac, and Bataan, and a building attached to two provincial bus terminals is how you make a daily commute from Tarlac survivable. If you are weighing this branch against travelling to REO Manila or REO Baguio, the terminal adjacency is the practical argument.
What the Triple Review Program actually is
REO publishes more structural detail about its CPA programme than most review centres publish about anything. The company splits the offer into three components, and all three are included regardless of which modality you pick.
| Component | Volume | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-recorded video lectures | About 575 hours, zero-based | Reviewees with gaps in the foundations |
| Live lectures | 13 hours a week for 18 weeks | Reviewees who want a real classroom |
| Quick Vids with flashcards | About 101 hours | Fast recall across the six CPALE subjects |
REO frames the 575 hours as roughly 72 days at eight hours a day. That is a useful sanity check: it is a very large body of material, and it only helps if you have the months to work through it. Enrolling six weeks before the exam and expecting to use all of it is not realistic.
The programme also includes hardcopy handouts and quizzers, more than 25,000 practice questions, drills, monthly assessments, and first and final pre-boards, plus access to the REO review app.
Where the modalities differ is only the live-lecture component. Pure online puts those 18 weeks on Zoom. Face-to-face puts them in the San Fernando classroom. Hybrid gives you both. Everything else is identical. Once you see that, the decision is narrower than it first looks: you are choosing whether 13 hours a week in a room with other people is worth the commute and the fee difference to you.
The branch itself
REO lists three things for Pampanga:
- A fully air-conditioned classroom seating 189
- A study hub reserved for REO reviewees, open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Comfort rooms with separate cubicles
Admin office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends. The weekend hours matter: they are when a working reviewee can actually walk in.
The study hub is the underrated item. A quiet, air-conditioned room you can use five days a week is worth real money in a province where the alternative is a coffee shop. If you are comparing branches, ask whether the hub is included in your fee or charged separately, because REO does not say.
The 189-seat classroom cuts both ways. A large cohort usually means the lecture schedule runs reliably and does not get cancelled for low enrolment. It also means you are one of nearly two hundred people, and individual attention comes from consultations rather than from the lecture itself.
The passing-rate claims, read carefully
REO publishes a CPALE performance table on its CPA programme page and cites PRC as the source.
| CPALE | REO topnotchers | REO passers | Share of all passers |
|---|---|---|---|
| May 2023 | 14 of 17 | 1,490 | 66.55% |
| Oct 2023 | 16 of 18 | 1,676 | 61.17% |
| May 2024 | 12 of 19 | 2,155 | 68.30% |
| Dec 2024 | 11 of 23 | 1,784 | 58.34% |
| May 2025 | 13 of 15 | 1,961 | 61.14% |
| Total | 66 | 9,066 | 63.30% |
Two things to hold in mind. First, these are network figures, not Pampanga figures. REO has branches in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Dagupan, and Pampanga, plus a nationwide online programme, and the table does not break the numbers down.
Second, "share of passers" is not a passing rate. It tells you what proportion of everyone who passed had reviewed at REO. It does not tell you what proportion of REO enrollees passed, which is the number you actually care about. A very large review centre can hold a big share of passers and still have an ordinary pass rate among its own students. REO's own disclaimer says as much: individual results vary, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
For the branch specifically, REO's Pampanga page claims that the majority of May 2025 CPALE passers from Region 3 schools reviewed there. No figure is attached, and we could not verify it against anything published by PRC. Treat it as marketing until the branch gives you numbers.
Our guide to passing rates by course and the post on top accounting schools by CPALE passing rate are more useful if you want figures you can check.
The fee, and what to ask instead
REO does not publish a price. Its own modality comparison table has an "Enrollment Fee" row, and the entry for all three modalities is "Contact us for pricing". The Pampanga branch page carries no figure either. The How to Enroll page, as of early September 2026, contains a heading and almost nothing else.
We will not guess a number. What we can tell you is what to ask when you call 0995 738 5146 or message the branch:
- The fee for each modality, separately. Pure online, face-to-face, and hybrid are different products and almost certainly different prices.
- What is bundled. Handouts and quizzers are described as hardcopy for face-to-face and shipped or digital for online. Ask whether shipping is included.
- The payment schedule. Whether instalments exist and what the down payment is.
- The intake dates. The live lectures run 18 weeks, so working backwards from the CPALE date tells you when you must be enrolled by.
- Whether the study hub is included in the fee or charged as an add-on.
- Scholarships. REO lists both academic and non-academic scholarship pages. Ask what the current criteria are before paying full price.

Who REO Pampanga suits
It suits a BSA graduate in Pampanga, Tarlac, or Bataan who wants classroom accountability and can commit to 13 hours a week for 18 weeks. The bus-terminal location and the weekend office hours are built for exactly that person.
It suits you less if you are self-disciplined and mobile. The identical pre-recorded and Quick Vid content is available in the pure online modality, which you can start any time from anywhere. If the classroom is not the thing you are paying for, you are paying for a commute.
And it is not a general-purpose review centre. REO the company runs LET, engineering, Civil Service, and entrance-exam programmes, but the Pampanga page is written entirely around CPALE. If you need one of the others in person, ask the branch whether it runs there at all before you plan around it. Our CPALE guide for 2026 covers the exam itself, and how to pass the CPA board exam covers the study side.
