The main Bulacan Ecumenical School website is offline, returning a Wix domain error rather than the school's pages. Its online admission portal on a separate subdomain still works and is the most complete source of information about the school that currently exists. It publishes every level and strand BES enrols, five payment schemes and both DepEd subsidy routes. It publishes no fees.
Bulacan Ecumenical School is a private Christian school at 154 Primero de Junio Street, Barangay Liang, Malolos City. It was founded in February 1988, got SEC approval that May, and started classes on 20 June 1988 with a single Grade 1 class of 39 students. First, the website problem
Both bes.edu.ph and www.bes.edu.ph return a Wix "ConnectYourDomain" error page. That is not a 403 blocking an automated request, and it is not a temporary outage: it is the response Wix serves when a custom domain is no longer connected to a live site. It behaves the same way in a normal browser as it does to a scripted fetch.
Two things follow.
The school is clearly still operating. Its online admission portal, hosted on a separate subdomain, is live and configured for the current intake. So is its alumni registration form. Both carry the school's current address and a registrar's phone number.
But the pages that would normally carry a fee schedule, a requirements list, deadlines and an academic calendar are simply gone. There is no cached alternative worth trusting. That means everything below comes from the admission portal itself, which is a primary source, and everything not in the portal has to be got by phone.
What the admission portal is
It is a genuine five-stage online enrolment form, not a contact form. You accept a data privacy agreement citing R.A. No. 10173, choose your category, and work through:

- Family Details
- Education History
- Review
- Attestation
Old students and returnees can pull up an existing record by LRN, or by first name, last name and date of birth. New students start fresh. At the end you print an admission form, and the confirmation screen directs any registration concerns to the registrar's office on 802-6407.
Every level BES enrols
The enrolment dropdown is the most useful thing on the whole portal, because it is an operational list rather than a marketing one. A level appears there because the school actually opens it.
- Early years: Nursery, Casa 1, Casa 2
- Primary: Grades 1 to 6
- Junior High: Grades 7 to 10
- Senior High Grade 11: ABM, GAS, HUMSS, STEM, TVL
- Senior High Grade 12: ABM, HUMSS, STEM, TVL
- Other: SNED, Special Education, Electives
Two things are worth noticing.
The Casa naming. BES uses Nursery, Casa 1 and Casa 2 rather than the more common nursery, junior kinder and senior kinder. "Casa" is Montessori vocabulary. Ask what that implies about how the early years are actually taught, because the label may or may not track a genuine Montessori environment.
Grade 12 has no GAS option. Grade 11 does. It could be a stale dropdown, or it could mean GAS does not run to Grade 12 in the current year. If you are placing a Grade 11 student in GAS, settle that with the registrar first, because a mid-cycle strand change costs you subjects. SNED and Special Education appear as separate options. Both are on the list, which suggests two distinct provisions rather than one. Ask which is which, what support each carries, and whether either has an intake cap. See special education in the Philippines for the wider picture.

The form carries explicit yes-or-no fields for JHS ESC grantee and SHS voucher recipient. That is a small detail with real financial weight: it confirms BES is an ESC-participating school and a senior high voucher provider, so a qualified Grade 7 or Grade 11 student can offset a meaningful share of the bill.
The ESC grant and the senior high voucher are administered by PEAC and DepEd, not by the school, and each runs on its own application window. The SHS voucher programme guide sets out the amounts and eligibility. Ask the registrar which cycle BES is currently accepting and what it needs from you.
Payment schemes are named, amounts are not
Five schemes appear in the form:

Monthly A and Monthly B are not explained. Most schools run two monthly variants that differ on the down payment or the number of instalments. Ask which is which and what each adds to the total, because instalment plans normally carry a service charge.
Accepted payment modes are broad: cash and cheque at the school, credit card, GCash, PayMaya, online bank transfer and over-the-counter bank payments. Digital options that wide are a good sign for a school this size.
No amounts are published anywhere. Not tuition, not miscellaneous fees, not a reservation deposit. This is the single thing you must resolve by phone before applying.
The document and photo requirements
The portal states one requirement precisely: the uploaded photo must be 2x2, white background, in school uniform, .jpg or .png only.
Beyond that, the form asks for information rather than uploads at the stages that are publicly visible: full student details, nationality, religion, permanent address by region, province, city and barangay, both parents' names, mobile numbers, emails, occupations and addresses, and a guardian's details, with the note that the guardian receives all school notifications.
The physical document list is not published. Assemble the standard set and confirm with the registrar: PSA birth certificate, Form 138 report card and Form 137, certificate of good moral character, and the LRN. What the school is, from the record we hold

BES was conceptually founded in February 1988 and received SEC approval that May. Classes began on 20 June 1988 with one Grade 1 section of 39 students, taught by Erlinda Soyosa. From that single class it grew into the full ladder the admission portal now reflects.
Its stated mission is "Transforming, Achieving, THE CHRISTIAN WAY," with a Biblical, values-based approach to education. It runs its own learning management system for e-learning, which is consistent with the working portal infrastructure, and produces student journalism through a newsroom called BESian Insights.
Two things it has never published, even when the site was live: tuition fees and formal accreditation status. The absence of an accreditation claim is not the same as an absence of accreditation, but it does mean you should ask directly whether BES holds PAASCU, PACUCOA or ACSC-P accreditation at any level, and what its DepEd permit or recognition covers for each of nursery, primary, junior high and senior high. A school can operate lawfully on a DepEd permit alone; accreditation is a separate, voluntary layer on top, and the two get conflated constantly in school marketing.
What you have to phone for
Because the main site is down, this list is longer than it would normally be:

- The physical document checklist and where to submit it
- Enrolment deadlines and the start of classes
- Whether Grade 12 GAS runs

Who this school suits
BES suits a Malolos family wanting a private Christian K-12 school with flexible payment terms and both DepEd subsidies available. The portal shows a school running a full ladder from Nursery to Grade 12 with a special education provision, which is more than many schools its size manage.
The offline website is a real cost, though, and not only as an inconvenience. It means you cannot compare BES on paper against alternatives before you visit.
