Sacred Heart School
Sacred Heart School is a private Catholic school on T. Claudio Street in downtown Tacloban City, described as the only Filipino-Chinese Catholic school in DepEd Region VIII. It was founded by Chinese Catholic priests to serve Tacloban's Chinese community and has historically offered instruction from Nursery through high school, with Chinese Language and Arts taught as part of the curriculum. The school also runs a separate Montessori preschool program. It is administratively distinct from the neighboring Sacred Heart College of Tacloban City, a separate institution.
