Osias Colleges, Inc. is a private, non-sectarian school in Tarlac City founded in 1949 by Telesforo B. Concepcion and Senator Camilo Osias, making it the oldest private educational institution in Tarlac City. The Department of Education granted the school's first government recognition in 1950. Osias Colleges offers Kindergarten, Grade School, Junior High School, and Senior High School, with the Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM), Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), and General Academic Strand (GAS) tracks, plus a Technical-Vocational-Livelihood track. At the college level it offers programs including BS Criminology, BS Accounting Technology, BS Business Administration, BS Internal Auditing, BS Management Accounting, Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Secondary Education, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Bachelor of Library and Information Science, and Associate in Computer Technology, plus a graduate school offering programs such as the Master of Arts in Education. The school is recognized by DepEd, CHED, and TESDA, and is certified by DepEd's Fund for Assistance to Private Education (FAPE) to accept students under the Education Service Contracting and Expanded Voucher System programs. Osias Colleges belongs to several regional private-school associations, including the Tarlac Private Schools Association. The campus is on F. Tanedo Street corner MacArthur Highway in Tarlac City.
