Notre Dame – Siena School of Marbel

Notre Dame-Siena School of Marbel, Inc. (ND-SSM) is a private Catholic school on Rafael Alunan Avenue, Koronadal City, South Cotabato, run by the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate and the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine of Siena. It was founded on July 6, 1946 by Fr. Francis McSorley, OMI, with the assistance of the RVM Sisters. The Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine of Siena arrived in 1952 and opened a Girls' Department; by 1976 the school became an all-girls institution known as Notre Dame of Marbel for Girls, before again admitting boys starting in 1995 and returning to a coeducational structure by 1997. The school received its first accreditation from the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) in 1992 and has undergone several reaccreditations since. ND-SSM later implemented the K-12 program and added Senior High School offerings. It currently offers Kindergarten, Elementary, Junior High School, and Senior High School, with Senior High School strands in STEM, ABM, and HUMSS.
