They said they'd email my TOR to the university I'm enrolling within 2-3 weeks but it nearly took them almost 2 months to release it. Awful service. I've seen better Universities who'd handle faster services.

★★★★★(5 reviews)I just want to give a review about their registrar and finance staff. Especially the man at finance window 8. This morning, the registrar and finance just opened. My friend and I paid at the same time because we didn't have coins with us to make our payment exact. We handed in our form from the registrar to be processed by the finance staff. Instead of giving the form back properly, because he said it was only one at a time, the finance staff threw my form. The attitude of most of your staff is very rude. Please be professional. We pay properly and fairly. In addition, we only have to pay 125 pesos. What we gave was 130 pesos. When the finance staff finished processing, he said "Okay na" without handing over the change. We don't need the change at all. All we want is for the registrar and finance staff to be professional in communicating with their clients. Don't be arrogant. Working in the Catholic school, but the behavior is rude. Unbelievable.
Very poor registrar’s service.....my daughter requested documents and we had to pay it in advanced before they processed. Their service time for release is 9:00am to 11:30am according to their email. I arrived there at 10:10am and the guard told me that it’s cut off time already. They did not indicate the cut off time in the email. I just begged there because I came from far place, I asked them if they can do anything about it. Finally they allow me to go inside and I waited in the queue until 11:15 even though we’re only around 11 people in the queue. By the time of my turn, they still asked me to wait and I have noticed that they still need to print it and signed by the head and put sealed. I also noticed from the window how slow they move and seemed that they don’t care about those people they didn’t allow to go inside. The one who gave the single paper to me didn’t even focused and looked at me while he hand over the paper until I asked him if this is ok already or only this?. I also saw one who is eating inside even though it’s not break time I guess. When I got home my daughter told me that there are two documents which she indicated clearly to her email that’s why she did not tell me anymore. It’s my second time there to pick up documents and it’s always the same scenario. My first time, I noticed that there’s a lot of people queued in finance to pay but there’s only one cashier assigned. I just wondered that I think the school did not lose students in this time of pandemic so it still gaining income. And also most of the facilities are not being used so they are saving a lot. But why is this happening. They are lacking of manpower to serve people better. Really? You’re following government policies by deploying 1 cashier and 1 registrar’s window which are the most in demand employees or section daily. And why you are not replying to my emails? I emailed three of your contact emails and non of them answered. Now I’m still waiting for the answer of the poor service concerned department of yours about the incomplete documents that my daughter requested.
I'm Chinese and I used to go to school here. When I return to the Philippines this year, I think I will visit my old school some time. There are so many good memories there. I wonder if the hotel is still there?
LCUP has been my home for 12 years. 4 years as a student and 8 years as its personnel. Thank you is not enough to express my gratitude to the university for without their charity, I won't be able to have everything that I have now. They had given me the chance to reach my dream of becoming a teacher and they really trained me to become a competent, Catholic teacher. Now as a personnel, trainings did not stop. They continuously help us grow professionally so that we can really give the best to our beloved students. If you are looking for a school which creates a friendly and healthy environment for your children, being their former student and now one of their faculty, I can say that LCUP will be one of the best choices. ❤️
