Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa
Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa (KLL), formerly Lipa City Public College, is a city government-run college in Lipa City, Batangas, established in February 1994 and renamed to its current name in November 2009. It was created to give free, quality tertiary education to poor but deserving residents of Lipa and nearby municipalities, and now serves more than 5,000 students. As a CHED-recognized local college, students receive free tuition and miscellaneous fees under RA 10931 (the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act). KLL offers four-year bachelor's degree programs in Communication, Criminology, Business Administration, Computer Science, and Education, plus an Associate in Computer Technology program. It operates at the college level only; it does not run kindergarten, elementary, junior high, or senior high programs.
