Iligan Medical Center College

Iligan Medical Center College (IMCC) is a private, non-sectarian school in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte, established in 1975 by five physicians who saw a need for better medical training in the region. It began as the Iligan Medical School of Nursing and Midwifery with 37 students and held its first graduation in 1978. The school has since expanded from its nursing and midwifery origins to offer preschool through secondary education, plus college programs in healthcare fields such as nursing, medical technology, and radiologic technology, computer-related courses including computer science and information technology, hotel and restaurant management, tourism, and education, along with graduate programs including a Master's in Human Resource Management. IMCC is affiliated with the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA), the Save Iligan Rivers Movement, Inc., and the Coordinating Council of Private Educational Associations (COCOPEA). The school's president is Dr. Royce S. Torres.
