Green Valley College Foundation, Inc. (GVCFI) in Koronadal City, South Cotabato began in 1995 as the Green Valley School of Arts and Technology, founded by Engr. Romeo Sustiguer to train skilled workers for his Green Valley Machinery business. It grew into a TESDA-recognized training center by 2007 and expanded into degree-granting education, adding a four-story building in 2010. GVCFI now runs colleges of Engineering and Technology, Criminal Justice Education, Teacher Education, Business Education, and Tourism and Hospitality Management, plus an Integrated Basic Education department and a professional and executive education arm. As of December 2025, the school holds ISO 21001:2018 (Educational Organizations Management System) and ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) certification, and it has received CHED recognition including a 2025 Certificate of Commendation and CHED-UniFAST recognition for 100% Tertiary Education Subsidy compliance. GVCFI regularly grants 100% tuition fee scholarships to top student achievers.
