After a few years, it was my first time again to visit FEU Hospital for a check-up because my stomach wasn’t feeling well. I just want to appreciate Ms. Ven Vilvar and Ms. Vernalyn for being so kind and caring, even though it was such a busy day in the hospital! I went home feeling satisfied and grateful. Thank you for making patients like me feel special and well taken care of.

Courteous staff, no complaints. Rather than go to a clinic for my laboratory stuff where everyone is stressed, I prefer this hospital, since healthcare provider-to-patient ratio is higher. Part of the lab work I needed wasn’t included in my LOA, and the wait time for that was long—I waited for 1 hour but opted to pay for it out-of-pocket since my fasting blood sugar window is about to lapse. But that’s not really the hospital’s fault, it’s iCare’s, my HMO provider. One thing to note, parking is cash-basis only. I had to withdraw money from an ATM outside the hospital (in the building complex of Starbucks and other food)

I arrived early in line so I wouldn’t be late for work, but in the end, I was the last one to be consulted because the seniors were prioritized. I have nothing against that since they are indeed a priority, but my foot was already hurting due to my injury from waiting too long. There was even one instance when a senior arrived late, yet they were still prioritized even though I had been there early, despite also dealing with pain. I had to come back three times just to get a consultation, and I was left wondering why I wasn’t being scheduled for physical therapy. It took until my third visit before I was finally scheduled for just one session. That’s why I decided to look for another rehab doctor and clinic, and thankfully, they immediately addressed my concern and started me on physical therapy, which I badly needed—something that wasn’t done for me by the rehab doctor at FEU Hospital Regalado. I hope your system can be improved. I wasted so much time waiting, I ended up being late for work, my job was affected, and the medication or treatment I needed wasn’t addressed right away.

I have been regularly going to this hospital and I have to say, this is one of the best hospitals I have been to. The staff are very friendly. From the guards, to the technicians, to the nurses, and even doctors. They are very professional and properly trained. The facilities have improved so much throughout the years. The accommodations are very much well maintained and cleaned regularly. Their equipments are also up to date and safe. There is also a very clear transparency in asking for the bills. They give out a proper transcript that details each and every thing that was ordered.
