Divine Word College of Vigan

Divine Word College of Vigan is a private Roman Catholic school on Burgos Street in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, run by the Society of the Divine Word (SVD). It traces its roots to 1822 as the Colegio de la Inmaculada Concepcion, later reorganized under SVD management. The college runs a Basic Education Department covering Kindergarten through Senior High School, plus a Higher Education Department offering programs including Liberal Arts, Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Business Administration, Computer Science and Information Technology. Its Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Business Administration and Liberal Arts programs hold PAASCU Level II accreditation, while Computer Science and Information Technology are PAASCU Candidate status. Students are known as "Divinians," and the school motto is "Semper Fidelis."
