Diliman Preparatory School (Commonwealth Campus)

Diliman Preparatory School is a private K-12 school along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City, founded in 1969 by a group of educators connected to the University of the Philippines Diliman. Its founding president was Prof. Alicia M. L. Coseteng, a retired UP associate professor, with Felisa C. Generoso, a retired UP elementary school principal, serving as the school's first grade school principal. It follows the DepEd K-12 curriculum and offers Nursery, Kindergarten, Elementary, Junior High School and Senior High School. The campus is composed of five buildings: the Alicia M. L. Coseteng Hall, the Felisa C. Generoso Hall, the Diliman Computer Technology Institute (DCTI) Building, the Grade School Building and the High School Building. Through DCTI, the school also runs a Medical Transcription short course in partnership with MTC Academy. Diliman Preparatory School is near Matandang Balara, close to the UP Diliman campus, and can be reached at (02) 8931 0731. It maintains an active Facebook page rather than a standalone website.
