IDP IELTS Cebu is an official IELTS test administration center located in Cebu Business Park (G/F Keppel Building Cardinal Rosales Avenue corner Samar Loop). The center offers computer-delivered IELTS Academic IELTS General Training and IELTS for UKVI examinations. Test sessions are available at 8:30 AM and 1:30 PM. This is an official test venue and does not offer review or coaching programs.

I booked my IELTS for UKVI Lifeskills here a week before the date scheduled. Easy to transact and book from the IDP Site. There are lockers available for the people taking the exams and the staff are friendly and accommodating. They also offered free snacks and water in the waiting area. I got the results on the date they said it would arrive and pickup was fast. Overall a very pleasant experience.
If you're stressing about not being able to find an IELTS location to take the exam in Cebu, it's here. I took the exam here in 2025, and the letter I got in the mail two days before the exam said the oral time had been moved up. That's not too disruptive, but it's nerve-wracking for candidates to have any temporary changes in the exam unit related to the exam. Also, the letter gave the address of another "Study Abroad..." test center, and I thought that the two places were in the same building, and then my actual test center was at "Take Your IELTS with IDP Philippines - Cebu Test Centre". There are locked lockers available for test takers, but if you arrive early, you probably won't be able to put your things in them first. There are only a limited number of lockers available. I hope the organization can set up a place for test takers arriving early to store their things so they don't have to bring things with them to prepare for the test in the outside. ps. This building has toilet and you should prepare for tissues !
It's nice place to start your journey abroad. Smooth process and accommodating
I chose IDP Cebu, thinking it would be a smooth transaction, but it turned out to be stressful. The night before my exam, they called me, saying they had to reschedule it. The problem was that I'm not from Cebu and I had a flight home the next day. I was so disappointed. Unfortunately, there was no way to rebook my flight, so I had to buy another ticket which cost me more. Also, I had to follow up with them about the tracking number for the courier; they didn't inform me whether they had sent it for delivery or not.
I took the IELTS exam at IDP Keppel Center, Cebu last Feb.14, 2024 and results came in exactly 3 days later. The invigilators were accommodating and approachable. It was indeed a smooth experience. Though, one of them missed to inform us that washroom break is not allowed within the last 10 minutes of the reading exam. It was fine, we were able to hold it in. 😆Just a little reminder for future examinees, the air conditioner was quite cold so it might distract you during the exam. Make sure to wear something that'll keep you warm.
