Excel Review and Training Center Inc. is an engineering and teacher-licensure review center with a Manila branch on R. Papa Street in Sampaloc, part of a chain founded in 1991 in Cebu City. It offers review programs for the Civil Engineering (CE), Electronics Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (REE), and Mechanical Engineering (ME) licensure exams, a Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) track, and non-engineer programs for Electronics Technicians (ECT) and Registered Master Electricians (RME). Programs run face-to-face, live online, or in a blended format combining both, with the self-paced online CE, ME, ECT, RME, and LET courses built around pre-recorded microlectures, practice questions, and mock board exams.
