CEVAS Makati - IELTS, Review Center, and Language School

We were promised dutch language courses however after we paid, suddenly they did not have an instructor. We requested a refund and it has now been 2 months and we still have not received a refund.

I have so many emails and messages on the LET review schedule. No reply. Not read. I was told the review is From May 24- September 6, 2025 yet it ended last Jul 27,2025. 96 hours earlier. 96 hours that I trusted and paid for. If someone explained or replied, I would understand but I am just left without a response. It’s basically a scam.

So disappointed. I enroll for french class and pay 67,000 for 60 hours session, it was January 2025. I started my class with unprofessional instructor that never showed his face during the class and lot of excuses that makes our class suspended. I supposed to have 2 hours per day in 3 consecutive days but never happened. So I requested a new instructor and they promised to give me after holy week but until then CEVAS don’t have any instructor to provide. I just consume 6 hours in total from February to April so I deserve to refund the amount I did not consume. They promise they will refund and they just waiting for the management response. Now month of May they are not communicating anymore. They block me in their facebook, messenger, email and even calling them. I could never reach them. I am not in Philippines and no means to cone in their office. So with this review I hope they could be enlightened to do an action and do a refund as I am only requesting the amount for an hours that never use which I believe it is my right. May some who want to enroll make sure to think 100 times or more. If they do this ti me they can even do this to you.

The CEVAS Center is truly a credible center when it comes to language teaching I can say that Instructors are very knowledgeable and everyone is so fun to study with definitely worth the investment!

It was a great pleasure to give feedback about the services offered by CEVAS. CEVAS offers more than just training and review services; it gives people hope and the underlying opportunity to pursue dreams and accomplish goals in life. I can really feel that each employee of CEVAS is being cared for and given the opportunity for lifelong learning and improvement. Each employee finds happiness in the workplace, as each of them is really accommodating and understanding. They really give kind assistance and prioritize the concerns of the clients. There are times that lapses cannot be avoided, but each employee is well-trained to handle such challenging and worst-case scenarios. In other words, I'll define CEVAS as a well-established review center, and I am confident that it will continue to grow in the industry as it is always open for improvement and new opportunities. Accommodation is wise. Services are superb. Assistance is great. Patience serves as a skill in handling each student's concern.
