CEVAS Lipa - IELTS, Review Center, and Language School

Very innovative way of teaching.. with very supportive instructor up to the last minute of my exam..

I have to share my honest experience because no one deserves to go through what I did. The customer service at CEVAS is absolutely terrible. Once they receive your payment, it can take days or even weeks for them to respond again — if they respond at all. I enrolled in a Spanish class for beginners. I had to beg them every day just to send me the Zoom link, and when I finally attended the first class, it was nowhere near beginner-friendly. I reached out repeatedly — I called, sent messages, and emailed multiple times practically begging for help to find a solution — but received no proper response. Every time I contacted them, they kept promising that they would “find a solution soon,” but those were just empty words to buy time. In the end, they completely stopped responding. After waiting for almost three months with no class to attend and no support, and even personally going to the branch in Lipa to follow up, I finally asked for a refund. Despite the fact that I never attended a single proper class, they refused to refund my money and didn’t even try to transfer me to another suitable class or offer any real solution. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to students who trust them with their time and money. I truly regret enrolling here, and I strongly advise others to stay away from CEVAS. There are much better and more reliable schools out there that actually care about their students.

I had a one-on-one session at Cevas Training Center in Lipa, and Ms. Ruby was my coach. She was very professional and helped me improve various aspects of the IELTS exam. The training was affordable and truly worth it. The staff were all professional and accommodating as well. Thanks to their guidance, I achieved a passing score, even exceeding what my company required, in the IELTS computer-based general exam. Thank you so much, Cevas Training Center, and God bless!
