Carl E. Balita Review Center Daet Branch

Carl E. Balita Review Center (CBRC) is the Philippines' largest review center network, headquartered in Sampaloc, Manila, with a website claiming 181 domestic branches and 6 international branches. Founded by Dr. Carl E. Balita, it was the first ISO-accredited review center in the country and now holds ISO 9001:2015 certification.
