I already paid the fee for the IELTS exam when I saw the reviews here and good thing, I did not experience the problem of not having the slot after I paid. I also got worried with the issue here in the reviews regarding the release of exam results. Be sure to bring the same I.D. that you use for registration on the exam day and 1 additional I.D. to present to the lobby because you need to get an entry card. Lockers are provided outside the room because all things should be left there except for your passport and bottled water. Bottled water should be transparent. The proctors were informative and polite. The exam results was already released online after 3 days. Clean restrooms are available in the lobby and on the same floor where the exam room is located. The nearest parking area is the Crescent North Parking area. There is no problem with finding a place to eat from this place.

I had no difficulties booking an appointment. PRACTICE MATERIALS: In my account, there were practice tests and videos which were helpful with my review. TEST DAY: The center was clean and spacious. There are lockers where you can put your belongings. Before taking the test, they asked me to remove my wristwatch and to empty my pockets. They're strict when it comes to their policies, so make sure to follow exactly as they say. RESULTS: Online: I got my results online 5 days after Hard copy: they mailed a copy of my results within 2 weeks via 2go.
The staff are very friendly and attentive. They carefully inform examinees of important things to keep in mind, and their warmth and consideration make people feel at ease.
No parking for ielts exam But the office are nice
It was my first time taking the exam and I had a very nice experience. The staff were all polite and instructions were easy to follow and understand. I took the computer based exam and got my results in 4 days.
