Hospital is clean and the ambience at the Hospital lobby is relaxing. Facilities are new since pripebably the hospiral is new. Security guards are polite even staff and nurses. See you again next year.

We truly appreciate the care and compassion shown by the nurses and doctors. They were very attentive and made sure that the patient was well taken care of, with all needs met. We are also grateful to the Medical Social Service team for providing clear and helpful information regarding where to access medical assistance. We would like to share some feedback regarding our experience with the Billing Department. We understand that policies and procedures need to be followed, but it would be helpful if staff could proactively explain the payment options (cash or card) and related policies, especially to families who may be overwhelmed during a stressful time. In our case, we felt there was an assumption that we already knew the process, and unfortunately, some instructions were not easy to understand—especially for those elderly family members. We hope this feedback will be taken as a suggestion for improvement, not as criticism. We recognize the hard work of all the staff and simply wish to help enhance communication and support for patients and their families during vulnerable moments. Thank you for your continued service and dedication.

This hospital has no sense of urgency. It took a full hour just to get a charge slip for an X-ray, and another 30 minutes to pay at the cashier—with only two people in line. That level of inefficiency is unacceptable, especially in a medical facility where time matters. If you need urgent care in Legazpi, avoid this hospital. You’re better off going elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience! It was my first time in this hospital and I have made an appointment for whole abdomen ultrasound. I don’t recommend Dr. Maranan for this kind of test!! It was confirmed that the appointment will be 10-11am. I arrived 10:10 and the receptionist asked me if I’m willing to wait as the doctor (Dr. Maranan) advised that he/she will arrive late by 11:30am. I waited until 12:01, still the doctor didn’t came. The receptionist again told me that as per the doctor, he/she is “still finishing something” from other hospital. I got very upset at this point. I was fasting that time (starving and feeling dizzy) as it was part of the procedure and I have been waiting for almost 2hrs even if I have a confirmed appointment already. Waiting is not the issue here. It’s the doctor who was very inconsiderate with the patients and not committed with their scheduled appointments. Nothing was confirmed as to what time the doctor will arrive, so making appointment here is useless. Not even a single apology was received from them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL The ACE Management needs to do something about this, so it won’t happen to others and Dr. Maranan will be more considerate and aware of his/her scheduled appointments.
