TL;DR: Davao City's review centres are clustered almost entirely inside Poblacion District, mostly within walking distance of each other. REO and Team PRTC cover CPA, CBRC and St. Louis cover LET, Gapuz, Toprank and Merge cover nursing, and Padilla covers civil engineering. Only CEVAS publishes rates, and those are national.
Introduction
Davao City is the education capital of Mindanao, and the graduates its universities produce each year support a review-centre cluster that is unusually easy to navigate: nearly all of it sits inside Poblacion District, within a short walk of Bonifacio, San Pedro and General Luna streets.
What Davao does not have is published pricing. We checked every centre with a verified Davao address. One publishes a rate card, and it is a national one rather than a Davao-specific schedule. Everything else quotes on enquiry. That is worth saying plainly, because the price tables for Davao review centres circulating online are not traceable to any centre's own materials.

Accountancy: REO and Team PRTC
Davao is one of the few cities outside Metro Manila with two dedicated CPALE review options. REO Davao is on Inigo Street in Barangay 3-A, and Team PRTC Davao is on San Pedro Street, both inside Poblacion District. Neither publishes fees.
Worth correcting if you have read otherwise: CPA Review School of the Philippines is a Manila institution on Cayco Street in Sampaloc. Older Davao roundups list a "CPAR Davao" and link it to the Manila record. If you specifically want CPAR, that means travelling. Teaching: CBRC and St. Louis
Carl Balita Review Center Davao sits in the EFEMELA Building on Vinzon Street corner Guzman Street in Bo. Obrero and covers LET and criminology, the chain's two core specialisms. It is the only centre in this guide outside the Poblacion cluster, which matters if you are planning your daily commute around a review schedule.
St. Louis Review Center Davao at 17-A General Luna Street covers LET alongside nursing, so it is the most useful single stop if you are weighing both routes. Merge Review Center Davao at the Davao Masonic Center Social Hall on V. Mapa Street also runs LET, which gives Davao three LET options in total.

Nursing: Gapuz, Toprank, Merge and St. Louis
Nursing is the best-served exam in the city, with four centres running NLE programmes.
R.A. Gapuz Review Center Davao is in the Goldwin Building on Elpidio Quirino Avenue, opposite Tower Inn, and is the Mindanao presence of a chain built specifically around nursing licensure and NCLEX preparation.
Toprank Review Academy Davao at 916 Quezon Boulevard is the local branch of a chain whose national programme list runs across nursing, midwifery, pharmacy, psychometrician, radiologic technology, veterinary medicine, dentistry, respiratory therapy, medical technology and criminology, plus international examinations including NCLEX-RN, Prometric, DHA, HAAD and UK-CBT. Merge Review Center Davao covers NLE and pharmacy locally, and nationally advertises NCLEX-RN, IELTS, CRNE, HA-AD, CGFNS, LET and medical technology as well, including an online weekend programme.

Engineering and NMAT
Padilla Review Center Davao on Bonifacio Street is the city's civil engineering board option. Note the name: this is Padilla, not the Professional Regulation Commission, despite both being abbreviated PRC in local usage. Our civil engineering review centre guide covers the national field.
The Learning Atrium on Emilio Jacinto Street is the NMAT option in the city, which is a narrow but genuinely underserved niche outside Metro Manila.
Civil service and IELTS: CEVAS and JRooz
CEVAS Davao on the second floor of the VLG Y12 Building on Bonifacio Street is the only centre in this guide with published rates. Its civil service intensive group review is listed at PHP 3,500 online and PHP 5,950 face to face, against regular prices of PHP 6,500 and PHP 8,950, with materials, group coaching and mock exams included and weekend sessions from 9am to noon and 1pm to 4pm. Its VIP one-to-one programme is listed at PHP 15,950, reduced from PHP 18,950, for 30 hours across ten three-hour sessions. CEVAS also runs limited-window promotional discounts alongside honour-student and PWD discounts.
Two caveats. These are CEVAS's national rates, not a Davao-specific schedule, and promotional prices expire. Confirm with the branch.
JRooz IELTS Davao at 211 Bonifacio Street is the dedicated IELTS option, a few doors from CEVAS.
How to choose a review centre in Davao
Match the centre to your exact exam first. Davao's centres are specialised. Padilla does civil engineering, The Learning Atrium does NMAT, Gapuz does nursing. A well-known name is not a guarantee it runs your board.
Start from the PRC calendar. Find your published exam date, then pick a cycle that ends before it. Our PRC board exam schedule guide explains where the commission publishes its calendar and how often it moves.
Ask what the fee covers, in writing. Where a price exists, confirm whether materials, mock exams and online access are included. Where it does not, get the quote in writing before transferring anything.
Treat advertised passing rates as marketing. Ask how many reviewees sat the exam and how many passed, then cross-check the PRC's own published results for the same cycle.
Use the geography. Because the cluster is so tight, you can visit three or four centres in an afternoon on foot. Do that before you commit. Air conditioning, seating and noise matter when you are in a room for six hours a day.
Consider online if your exam has no local specialist. Relocating to Manila is expensive; a nationwide online programme usually is not. Our online review centre guide covers the options.
