Assumption College San Lorenzo

My first time was in 1965 enrolled in grade 1 under Mrs. Valenzuela. My grade 1 adviser until grade 7 with different advisers who are all Sisters. Our principal was Ms. Marquez. Ñext was Mother Remedios, Mother Agnes, Mother Francis, Mother Asuncion añd last was oh I'm m sorry I forgot her name! I learned my handwriting from them The Assumption Handwriting! Ok learned a little French language aside from the Basic English language. There's more to learn but it takes more lessons to add up to yourself!!!

I’m a Thai student in Assumption College San Lorenzo, at first when I was new I was scared that I might not get any friends, but when I stay for a bit, and i got a lots of friends! I love how the teachers treat the students, they use a kind words, they are gentle, sometimes they might be mad, but they will always say sorry when they realize they are being a bit harsh. Assumption College is the school that treats students with love and care, it’s a safe place where students feels fun and comfortable staying, the teachers will always listen to the opinions from the students, they will always listen to the students comments, and they will always be by your side. Ever since I stepped into AC as an applicant, I knew that this was a great school and now that I have already three years of experience as an Assumptionista, I can truly say that this is true because: 1. Good quality education with competitive, outstanding, and empathetic instructors. 2. An environment and community where you feel welcomed, loved, and empowered. 3. High-end facilities to utilize being a 21st century learner. 4. Student- centered - They listen to your concerns and they try their best to give what is best for their students so we may fully use our potential as students and future leaders. 5. The campus has lots of trees - it's something that i love because despite of being in the middle of bustling city of Makati, we still find calm because we are one with nature. 6. Teaches you more than just from the textbooks - Aside from teaching from the books, they teach you how to live in the real world with love and kindness. It's just amazing how this school focuses not only the IQ of the students but also their EQ. Assumption College really teaches us to embody being a woman of faith and a woman of action.

Assumption College is truly a home for transformational women leaders. They offer holistic education and would immensely hone their students to be academically excellent, socially responsive, and spiritually developed to embark on the journey after College.
